The overall foam formed box board is surrounded by aluminum alloy profile frames with concave and convex grooves, which form a mortise and tenon shaped yin-yang module during installation, interlocking into a maze like sealing structure. A labyrinth sealed box with strong torsional resistance is formed by fastening bolts and embedded nuts. The mechanical strength of the box can reach AHRI1350CD4 level, and the air leakage rate can reach AHRI1350CL1 level.

No cold bridge is not easy to rust

The interior of the box is isolated from the outside by high-pressure foamed polyurethane and specially designed rubber sealing strips to prevent the formation of cold bridges. The cold bridge factor can reach AHRI1350CB2 level. The outer sheet metal of the box is wrapped inside the aluminum profile frame, and the edges and corners of the sheet metal are isolated from humid air, completely preventing rust.

Excellent insulation performance

The box panel is formed by one-time foaming of polyurethane with low thermal conductivity and inner and outer sheet metal, with a foaming density of ≥ 50kg/m 3, and has good insulation, heat insulation, shock absorption and noise reduction performance.
